Our Store Policies, 

Delivery

Little Swaddlers is an eCommerce shop – we utilise the services of The Courier guy/Pudo to deliver your order to you. Courier costs within South Africa are:

  • Pudo Lockers R70, takes approximately 1 – 3 working days and goes to an assigned locker near you.
  • Pudo door service 80, takes approximately 1 – 3 working days and comes to your front door.
     Door Small package up too 5kg R80
     Door Medium package up to 10kg R110
     Door Large package up to 20kg R160
  • The courier guy overnight service, R200, please note Port Elizabeth and Durban may take 2 days for delivery. Overnight only applies to orders below 2kg. 

We do ship internationally through a reputable courier company (rates are quoted on ordering and it takes approximately 10 to 14 working days for delivery – this is over and above the manufacture lead time). International shipping rates do not include any Customs/Duty taxes. Insurance for your parcel ought to be taken out and paid for by yourself – we will itemize the insurance cost when quoting you on the shipping amount. Should you elect to not take out insurance, Little Swaddlers will not be held liable should your parcel go missing.

Order Tracking

A Waybill Number/Tracking details shall be provided after dispatch and will be updated on your account once our system updates. 

Payment

Your order will only be dispatched if paid in full.

 

Communications and feedback

Little Swaddlers will be in touch with you via email, telephonically or via WhatsApp should there be any delay or issues relating to your order. 

Exchanges

All exchanges “carry” a handling fee of R150. This is a contribution towards the logistics involved in arranging collection of your products and dispatch of your exchanged products. 

Please note that exchanges may only be processed for those orders within15 days of receipt. 

We do not offer exchanges on sale items or custom made work. 

 

Refunds

Refunds will be effected to the value of your ordered products being returned to Little Swaddlers, less a R150 handling fee for the collection thereof. 

The refund will be processed via the payment platform selected to pay for your order ie. Payfast,, EFT and only once the products are back in hand with Little Swaddlers.

Refunds will not be processed for products that show any measure of damage/use and must be effected within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please note that the items being returned for a refund MUST be returned to Little Swaddlers in their original packaging. Any items that are returned damaged due to inadequate protective packaging will NOT be liable for the processing of the refund.

Payments made via Payfast will be refunded on the month end payroll, as we do not have access to these funds untill the month end system payout. 

Little Swaddlers reserved the right to deny any refunds where applicable. 

 

 Please be advised that Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
